Compassionately Guiding:

  • Individuals and Couples

  • Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy

  • Psychedelic Prep and Integration

  • Wholeness, not perfection is at the the foundation of my work. I consider my style to be person-centered, relational, and emotionally-focused. My therapeutic lens is eclectic and yet grounded in theory and evidence based practices.

MY THERAPEUTIC APPROACH

  • AWARENESS

Change cannot happen without awareness. Psychotherapy calls for a very active effort on your part to reflect carefully on the problems you are experiencing, to be mindful of your efforts at solutions and why they do or do not work, and to be ready to make some changes in your life that may or may not be easy.

  • REFLECTION

I believe that we need to understand your past so much as it still affects your present. I work with clients to explore things like deeply held core beliefs, impacts of trauma, and attachment styles. WIth deep reflection we can understand our behavior and its connection to our inner emotional experience.

  • Refinement

Change is not linear and continually refining what we’ve learned is a very important step. In fact, regressions and relapses (emotionally and otherwise) can bring great learnings, highlight our blind spots and illuminate alternatives.

Ketamine Assisted psychotherapy (KAP)

I am thrilled to be bringing KAP to my private practice to offer support with treatment resistant depression, anxiety, PTSD and more.

KAP benefits individuals by increasing cognitive flexibility, increasing emotional fluidity, loosening rigid personality structures, and offering new perspectives and insights. Click below to learn more.

A Note about Protected Health Information:
In providing services, we connect people with clinics and other healthcare providers in the United States. As part of that process, we may be asked by these healthcare providers to collect certain Protected Health Information (“PHI”) on their behalf, which is regulated under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (“HIPAA”), the Health Information Technology for Economic and Clinical Health Act, and their implementing regulations as amended from time to time. However, we do not collect PHI on the Website and our Website may not be HIPAA compliant. Do NOT (a) provide any PHI (e.g., medical diagnosis, symptoms, etc.), (b) provide your identifying information (other than just your first name – do not include your date of birth, home or work address, or any other personal information), or (c) request healthcare services, if you contact us through our Website. If we collect PHI from you after you become a patient of the applicable healthcare provider, we (or the healthcare provider) will provide you with separate notices as required by HIPAA and other applicable law.
